FHA Structural Support Check

Latest news on the new home:
Just got word yesterday that the FHA loan people, aka the government, needed to have their own structure specialist go out and inspect the foundation to make sure it meets their standards.
We’re still hoping for a closing by the 8th but who knows how it actually looks. The most depressing part, aside form the extra money spent to keep living in this development, is that we may be missing out on the majority of the growing season. I’ve looked forward to vegetables since April. And here we are in July, not sure when we can move in yet.
Day by day, waiting for the next update from my agents.

My parents are on their way to visit my Grandma for a day. I sent my mom a pic of her blanket which is in the works. I’ve got good intentions of finishing it by this winter (along with my other 2 started in the same time frame last summer). They just take so long to complete.
