New Home

What prompted me to buy a home was the coming Depression paired with the opinion that it’s much nicer to waste your money on a home you own rather than a community you despise.
It sounds like such a better deal.
I started talking to a real estate agent who said now is the time to at least break through to buying your first home since you could always resell it later. Once you own a home and try to buy a different one, banks are more likely to consider you since you’ve got a good record, considering that you’ve paid on time for as long as you’ve had your previous loan.
I’m so sick of living in this development community. It’s been over 2 years and that’s way too long. I need my own property with a yard.
We found a house with a decent sized lot. The house is about 1 or 200 square feet less than this apartment but at least we have a nicer kitchen and we can change the interior to our liking as we get to it. I hope it makes me feel more creative.
And we’ve got such plans for that yard of ours. Herbs and fruit trees and poisons, I mean…medicinal valued plants!!!
I’m really excited, we’ll actually own this one!!! And when we get rich, we can buy another!!!
